Step One
Accessing the NVRGRWN Travel Website
NVRGRWN Travel Agent log-In -> Join -> Complete form -> Create Account
- The above website is a great source for information, resources and tools. Be sure to create a log-in, which will subscribe you to our emails, and get to know the website well.
- Watch training videos and tutorials
- Submit Commission Requests on this site
- Schedule an appointment with one of our Agent Representatives (optional)
Step Two
Join the Disney Travel Agents Website
- Start by visiting www.disneytravelagents.com
- Click on the “Create New Account” button.
- Complete the form using 00041344 as the Industry ID.
- Click “Submit” to complete your registration
*Please allow up to a few hours for us to approve your registration
College of Disney Knowledge training
Now that you’re registered you can begin your training. From the DTA home page click on “Training and Benefits” then “College of Disney Knowledge.”
Make sure to complete ALL of your training before you book for a client. The training is going to cover everything about each Disney Destination (Make sure to take notes). You’ll quickly become an expert!

Step Three
Expedia TAAP and Our Other Suppliers
We offer a variety of suppliers beyond Disney. Each supplier will offer their own training and benefits. Like Disney, we want you to have your training done with a supplier BEFORE booking a client.

Step Four
Join the Disney Travel Agents Website
Agents must complete all their College of Disney Knowledge before being eligible for benefits. Disney and other suppliers require agents to obtain your CLIA card in order to be eligible for benefits. Please visit Cruising.org to obtain your card (Obtain Individual Agent Membership- IAM).
NVRGRWN Travel does not allow agents to join just for benefits. Accounts are monitored.
Training and your CLIA card are done by calendar year so you will need to renew both each year
Step Five
Client Care and Commitment
At NVRGRWN Travel, we are selective about the agents we bring on board. We seek out those who share a deep love, passion, and appreciation for Disney, ensuring that this enthusiasm translates into every client booking. It's essential that you prioritize your clients' needs and strive to make every interaction memorable.
To build lasting relationships, take the time to understand your clients. The more you know about them, the more likely they are to become lifelong clients. Keep them engaged by sharing travel industry updates and special offers from our vendors.
Remember, protecting your clients' personal information is paramount. Never write down credit card numbers or payment information. All payments should be processed over the phone or in person only. And if a client decides to cancel their booking, even though it can be difficult, you must respect their decision and process the cancellation.
To help manage your clients effectively, consider using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Travefy, Zoho, or Hubspot. While a CRM isn’t required, it can be a valuable resource in keeping client information organized and accessible.
Step Six
Earning your commission
It’s vital that you keep a record of ALL your bookings to make sure you’re paid correctly and on time. Keep track of the following information:
- Client First and Last Name
- Reservation number
- Total pre-tax cost of vacation
- Commission amount
- Travel dates

IMPORTANT NOTES
Example: Disney: log in to DTA "trainings & Benefits" Commissions
NVRGRWN Travel uses CLIA, not IATA, however they are used interchangeably.
NVRGRWN Travel pays 85% of earned commission on all travel booked by you.
NVRGRWN Travel recommends using 1 email for all your communication with us and for the suppliers. We also recommend a domain name that matches your agency or personal business name e.g. Joe@Businessname.com if you need assistance with this we can assist in that process.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
When needing to contact Disney, you’ll find contact information for each Disney destination here DTA Trainings and Benefits Sales & Marketing assistance.
Disney wants to protect their image and name so please DO NOT use copyrighted images or character names/park destinations for your agency. Disneycopyright.com is not available for agents at this time.
You will need to fill-out a W9 and submit it to us with your first commission. Please submit that W9 here.
When submitting your W9, please label/save in this format (Last Name, First Name - W9)
If you plan to sell travel to the state of Florida (Resident or Non-resident) you will need to register for a Seller of Travel License (SOT) under our agency. You can go to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services website to complete it online or print to mail in. Make sure to use our Florida SOT number ST43802. There is a $50 fee.
